Due to a change in the setup of the Tax organization within Ingenico the new role of Tax Analyst is created.
The primary objective of this role is to manage tax accounting, tax reporting and tax filing matters of the GlobalCollect group entities. Besides the tax compliance aspects you will also assist the Tax Manager in projects leveraging your tax knowledge.
Deliverables / Tasks
Tax accounting and analysis (+/- 60%): - draft of Dutch corporate income tax returns - draft and filing of monthly Dutch VAT returns and quarterly VAT listing - correct reporting of current and deferred taxes for the group companies - draft and optimize the monthly tax, mid-year and year-end tax reporting package - analyze monthly changes in tax numbers, understanding the numbers and identify risks/opportunities - support (and train) the local finance organization Assisting with tax issues related to all foreign subsidiaries Responsible for ensuring tax compliance of foreign subsidiaries (+/- 10%) Assisting with or responsible for (dependent on the knowledge level of the candidate) other activities depending on your knowledge and interests (+/- 30%), e.g.: - maintain the tax control framework for direct and indirect taxes - monitor the controls and ensure adherence, draft / maintain tax manuals and guides - develop / maintain a database of tax treatment in an e-commerce environment

Coming up with new working methods and alternative angles Helicopter view - Maintaining an overview of the situation and taking some distance in order to create an overview Performing under pressure - Continuing to perform effectively under pressure or when faced with setbacks or disappointment Experience Master degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics preferred Experience in drafting corporate income tax returns is a must Knowledge/experience with Tax Accounting is a plus, no must Knowledge of VAT is a plus, no must (can be part of the learning on the job process) In-house experience is a plus, no must Approx. 2-4 years relevant experience in Dutch tax and international corporate income tax obtained at a tax consultancy firm (big four) or in-house (international company) Prior experience in the payments industry is a plus

Fluency in written and spoken business in both Dutch and English Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude Strong numerical understanding Technical Knowledge Knowledge of (Dutch) wage tax and social security’s charges is an advantage General knowledge of accounting (especially IFRS) is an advantage Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point Knowledge on working with bookkeeping systems is a plus (CODA and/or SAP)
