HR Business Partner

Purpose of the role
To provide a senior and full generalist HR service to our Technology staff.
To funnel information in between the Technology stakeholders, local HR specialists (Recruitment,
Admin, Learning, C&B and Internal communications) and Group/Regional HR community.
To advise and deliver on international and matrixed HR projects.
To support the organizational and cultural transformation inherent to our leadership in a fast paced industry
To maintain and provide accurate HR information and monitor correct HR administration.
Deliverables / Tasks
Ensure effective recruitment and induction of new staff
Support management and employees in their professional development, in close cooperation with Learning & Development and C&B. Support processes to identify training needs and sourcing/developing appropriate solutions
Participate in the development of plans and initiatives as business partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on the business goals and people
Execute strategic business plans through HR operational plans
Develop (strategic) staffing strategies, and execute plan to identify talent
Support management with regards to capacity planning/cost & efficient organization
Support, coach and assist employees with all HR related issues proactively and upon demand and align with the line manager
Mediate on issues between the employee and manager whilst balancing the interests of all concerned
Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues to ensure international matrix efficiency
Advise management proactively on all HR topics in order to maintain a skilled, motivated and focused workforce
Contribute to the overall alignment of Group, Regional and local HR policies
A minimum of ten years of experience in an generalist HR role, in a heavily matrixed and international environment
Experienced (>5 years) and interested in working in a complex IT environment
A Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labour Law)
Proven experience of managing the people elements of significant change and transformation programs
