What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the creation of sales enablement materials, supporting the Sales Enablement Manager. He / she will be closely collaborating with the Technical writer to ensure high quality of supporting documentation and align on the release process; and together with Marketing, Offers managers and Product Owners to deliver sales enablement materials for our merchants. He/she will be focusing on quality of the deliveries, operational follow up of the different agencies (creation of copy, graphics & translations) and update graphics. You will also monitor the customer’s behavior through KPI to improve the right approach.
