The Client Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for managing multiple client integration projects (e-commerce merchants) and their subsequent addition of new merchant locations and currencies. The result is a seamless boarding process for merchants that reduces complexity, increases satisfaction, and accelerates engagements.
What you will do:
The Client Project Boarding Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a merchant’s onboarding activities within Ingenico ePayments and works with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders - Banks, Payment Acquirers, alternative payment providers and numerous internal stakeholders (Sales, Credit & Risk, Compliance, Legal, Pricing, and Payment Partnership). The result is a seamless boarding process for merchants that reduces complexity, increases satisfaction and accelerates engagements. More specifically:
