Global Partnerships Manager

The Global Partnership Manager has an end-to-end contract management and supplier relationship responsibility for a portfolio of suppliers to ensure that their commercial and operational performance falls within contractual agreement and delivers mutually beneficial results and opportunities. Developing strategic relationships with the existing and future acquirers, partners and software providers related to the North American Market, is key to this role, as is ensuring that Ingenico remains the supplier of choice for strategic partners.
Purpose of the role
You are required to shape relationships with product suppliers and partners including banks and payment Schemes and to ensure that GC is considered as a key partner in the development and implementation of new payment initiatives.
The Global Partnership Manager will also support the Director of Global Partnerships and participate in product development & Business projects, supporting the Operational / commercial goals of the company.
What you will do:
In this role, you define the Payment Partnership strategies for North America and perform supplier qualifications and segmentation. This includes the assessment of and early adoption of vendor service offerings and co-development of functionality and services. You lead negotiations with all levels within the supplier and Ingenico business stakeholders. More specifically:
