Talent Management Intern (1/11/2019 to 31/7/2020)
Within the Human Resources department, your main responsibility is to administer and execute the in-office and e-learning training options available at Ingenico, support the onboarding for new employees and managers, and handle the internal communication under learning and development. Your job entails care-finding solutions that lead to the employees personal and professional development, identify areas of improvement, and take of the available training programs at Ingenico. Through this, you will work closely with all departments in order to find the best solutions that Ingenico can offer them.
In your function, your responsibilities will include:
o Support the HR advisor in onboarding new employees
o Support the HR Business Partner (HR BP) in the management onboarding
• Learning & Development
o Administer and execute the in-office trainings
o Perform evaluations of employee needs
o Administer inquiries regarding employee trainings
o Administer and analyze the activity for our e-learning platform
• Talent Acquisition
o Management of the Ingenico Internship Program
o Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping to measure success rates and deliver reports
o Update job publications on different channels (LinkedIn, Indeed etc)
o Perform first screenings and phone interviews
o Handle proactive sourcing for junior and experienced profiles
o Organize, coordinate and follow-up on interviews between candidates and line managers
o Gather feedback and provide it to candidates
o Keep recruitment database up to date

o Reporting on Talent Management metrics on a monthly basis.
o Process improvement.
o Support the HR BP in key development initiatives such as but not limited to: engagement program, Talent review, etc…

• Studying in fields like organizational psychology, HR, Business Administration or related.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken command of other languages are a plus
• Experience with executing projects is a plus
• Nice to have: Vast and up to date knowledge on e-commerce industry
Internship is expected to start on or around 1 November 2019 until end July 2020.
